Dr. Michael Klein is the founder of MK Insights (www.mkinsights.com), a professional and personal development consultancy that provides behavioral assessments for businesses and professionals.
MK Insights assists small businesses and independent professionals by increasing their effectiveness through the application of reputable, comprehensive assessment tools. These tools are applied in:
• Making successful hiring decisions
• Avoiding hiring nightmares
• Maximizing owner/manager impact
• Identifying potential blindspots and derailers
Michael has worked in human resources and training & development for over 12 years, and has experience in various industries including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, financial services, and entertainment. Prior to starting MK Insights, he was Director of Field Training & Development at MassMutual Financial Group where he designed and implemented assessment programs.
He holds a doctorate in psychology and is a member of the American Psychological Association (www.apa.org) and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (www.siop.org).
