Are you stressed? Relaxing on vacation? Have a nagging pain? Looking to build a healthy lifestyle? Living through a difficult period in your life? Just had surgery? Sit all day at a desk? Find out what an hour on my table in a warm and peaceful office can do to quiet your mind and soothe your body. Consciously making time to relax, renew, and rejuvenate is a practice that has transformed the life of many of my clients. You will be surprised to find what you discover within yourself.

My belief is that we all have a deep well of calm stillness within us. Reaching that place on a regular basis is vital in keeping a healthy connection of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Just taking one deep breath to center and relax can make a big difference to soothe a busy mind or make you aware of how you are feeling in your back or shoulders!

Each person is different, and so I use the techniques that work for you. Using oil, and working on a massage table, I blend Swedish massage (classic table massage) with sports massage, deep tissue massage, Japanese Shiatsu, NMT (neuromuscular therapy), Polarity Therapy, and Breema. I work with different levels of tissue and at different energetic levels, as appropriate. We can talk or not talk, as you prefer. You and I are partners in this journey within – I provide a calm, sacred place, relaxing music, warm heated bags and heated table, soothing touch … you bring yourself and see where you go!
