    Commonwealth Registry of Nurses is dedicated to bringing professional, high quality, affordable health care into the home. We make the desire to continue living at home a reality while providing the maximum amount of freedom for the individual, protecting their dignity, and preserving their independence.

    We utilize only Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nurse's Aides. Everyone who enters your home is licensed and insured. All of our staff is screened before being placed. This screening includes license status, reference checks, work history, and criminal records checks. We have a nurse on call 24 hours a day in case of any medical emergencies.

    Commonwealth Registry of Nurses provides quality private home care nursing specializing in the care needed for assisted living. From 2-hour respite care through 24 hour a day, 7 days a week long-term care, and everything in between. Our services include a needs assessment, individualized care plans, case management and supervision, personal care, assistance in dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medical care and assistance.

    We work closely with your physcians ensuring that all orders for patient care are followed.
