We design our homes to feel spacious, provide ample light, and have enough room for someone (or a couple) to live in full time. Like tiny homes, their environmental footprints are small, but they are not so small that one must entirely change their lifestyle before moving in.

Our construction techniques allow our homes to be Net Zero Ready (Net Zero with roof-mounted solar) and stand the test of time. All homes come standard with premium components such as Harvey windows, 2x6 walls, a properly pitched roof, and exterior features, so they blend into a backyard and neighborhood.
