After graduating from Mount Holyoke College, I dedicated my working life to improving the operations of small non-profits. My experience has centered around learning the big picture by being involved in many of the details. As technology advanced, I kept my organizations moving forward by finding ways to make the organizations more efficient. With my problem-solving and research skills, I streamlined multiple systems so the mission could continue to be the focus. As a consultant, I have expanded my understanding of various organizations, listening to their needs, how they work, and how I can best help them.
