Event Description:

This course will prepare you for the ServSafe exam which will be at the end of the second session. With a passing grade you will receive the ServSafe® Certification in Food Safety. This certification is nationally recognized and accredited by the National Restaurant Association.

This course is being taught by Nelson Lacey, Smith Vocational and Agricultural culinary arts teacher. Classes meet for two four hour sessions on Saturday mornings.
