with Sebastian Merrill

Join queer and trans yoga instructor Sebastian for a four-week series designed especially for LGBTQIA+ identified students. Each class will feature an all-levels physical asana practice with a focus on a variation of virabhadrasana (warrior pose), connecting us to our inner strength, confidence, compassion, and power. Sebastian’s teaching is gender-affirming, body positive, and consent-oriented. All bodies, sizes, and abilities are welcome and celebrated.
