Customer Service Beginner Spanish
This workshop will introduce beginner Spanish learners to words, phrases and tools to welcome Spanish speakers into your business. We've never met a student that can't learn a language!
The International Language Institute of Massachusetts (ILI) is a private, non-profit language school founded in 1984 and located in Northampton, Massachusetts. ILI’s mission is to promote intercultural understanding and diverse communities by providing high-quality language instruction and teacher training. Samira Artur is a language instructor, teacher trainer and language travel advisor at ILI. She is originally from Brazil and speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a MA in Spanish and holds a TESOL Certificate from SIT Graduate Institute.
