If your agency jumped on board the antiracism bandwagon in 2020, but hasn't made much progress beyond posting a Black Lives Matter solidarity statement, you're not alone. Many companies have found themselves stuck at the starting gate, unsure of what to do or how to proceed. Some created diversity committees that have struggled to gain traction or have become more of a support group.
