In this introductory series, we will focus primarily on beginner-level postures, gentle breathwork, and relaxation techniques, as we acknowledge the wider breadth of yoga. Learn and integrate the fundamentals of yoga to feel confident in studio classes or even begin to build your own practice at home. We will address optimal alignment as we break down the most common yoga postures with detailed instruction. Together, we will remember how to sit, stand, breathe, balance, flow, and rest to align with our healthiest selves.
