How can our fundraising be a form of our programming and how can programming be part of fundraising? All too often the person, people or department doing fundraising are off in a corner separate from the programmatic workings of a non-profit. How can fundraising be imbued with the values that undergird the organization? How can all people involved in the organization see themselves as important to fundraising?
Jennifer Ladd, Ed.D of Jennifer Ladd Consulting is a philanthropic
Advisor, personal coach as well as fundraising coach and group facilitator. She
co-founded Class Action with Felice Yeskel, www.classism.org. In her consulting
work she is dedicated to creating resilient community by helping resources
move where they are most needed.
