The Hampshire Property Management Group (HPMG) was formed in the summer of 1995 by Rich Madowitz and Russ Jopson. HPMG is a full-service commercial and residential property management company based in Northampton. The Hampshire Property Management Group consists of eight full-time employees with over one hundred years of combined property management and construction/maintenance experience. We have the ability to handle a wide range of building services for condominium communities, residential properties, retail, office, mixed-use and commercial buildings.
