The mission of Northampton Community Television is to serve as a model community access organization providing programming and educational opportunities to the community through all means technologically available.

NCTV is an independent, non-profit organization governed by a board of directors from the Northampton community. The purposes and powers of NCTV are set forth in the Articles of Organization for Northampton Community Television, filed with the Office of the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
